Services We Provide

Food Service Program

Even in the world’s greatest food-producing nation, children and adults face poverty and hunger in every county across America.  Our programs and services reach the elderly, children, the working poor, single-parent families, the homeless, and the newly unemployed.  Agape House provides emergency food boxes for 3 to 4 days.

For donations, we can accept shelf-stable, refrigerated, and frozen items.

With the help of many volunteers and donations, each school week Agape House provides elementary school students in Hermiston, Umatilla, and Irrigon with food to use over the weekend. By providing kids with the nutrients they need when they are away from school, they show up on Monday morning healthy and ready to learn. We are currently helping over 275 students each week. Homeless Shower Service

Agape House has shower facilities for those in need,

Martha’s House

Martha's House is a transitional family shelter. We provide temporary housing for homeless families, with the goal of assisting the residents into permanent traditional housing. Martha's House provides a safe secure living environment for a 3 to 6-month period. We are not an overnight emergency shelter.

Our goal is to provide structure and accountability in a home-style atmosphere offering encouragement while helping the family get back on their feet.
